With a culinary career spanning over 20 years, Chef Taka is one of the most accomplished chefs in South Florida. Having led kitchens as the executive sushi chef at ZUMA and Makoto, and as executive chef at Monkitail, he brings his expertise and passion for Korean and Japanese techniques to KaTO. His previous restaurant, Takato, located in South Florida, is renowned for its innovative culinary creations and distinctive flavors.
